KATILIM ŞARTLARI

• Katılımcı, Programa ilişkin tüm şart ve koşulları bilerek Programa kendi isteği ve hür iradesiyle katılmıştır.

• Her ne olursa olsun, spor ahlakına ve disiplinine uygun davranacağını, ekibindeki diğer katılımcılar ile koordinatörlere herhangi saygısızca bir tutumda bulunmamayı, Kulüp çalışanlarının ve görevlilerinin talimat ve uyarılarını dikkate almayı, aksi halde doğabilecek zararlar nedeniyle Kulüpten herhangi bir talepte bulunmamayı kabul eder.

• Katılımcı, beden ve zihin sağlığının deniz ve yelken sporuna uygun olduğunu, Programa katılabilmek adına Kulübe herhangi bir yanıltıcı beyanda bulunmadığını ve Program süresince beden veya zihin sağlığında meydana gelebilecek ve bunlarla sınırlı olmamak kaydıyla kendisinin Programa ve spora devamlılığını etkileyebilecek tüm gelişme ve değişimleri Kulübe derhal bildireceğini kabul eder.

GENEL KURALLAR

• Katılımcı kendi isteğine göre 1. veya 2. tercihinde belirttiği gün ve saatlerde Program seanslarına (“Seans”) katılacak ve Programın tamamı bitene kadar Seanslara aynı gün ve saatte devam edecektir.

• Katılımcının gün ve saatini değiştirmek BAUISC inisiyatifinde olup, böyle durumlarda Katılımcının programına uygun bir gün veya saat belirlenecektir.

• Denize çıkışlarda iptal/değişiklik talepleri; hafta içi için en az 1 (bir) gün öncesinde 16:00’ya kadar, hafta sonu için ise en geç Perşembe günü 16:00’ya kadar bildirilmelidir. Aksi halde kişi “katılmamış” sayılacaktır.

• İptal/değişiklik talepleri yelkenokulu@bauisc.orgadresine mail yoluyla yapılmalı ve teyit alınmalıdır. Teyit gelmezse 0554-185-2864no’lu telefon ile irtibata geçilmelidir. Teyit alınmaması dersin “iptal edilmediği” anlamına gelecektir.

• Program toplam 4 seanstan oluşur. Seanslar 1 (bir) defadan fazla ertelenemeyecek olup, başlama tarihini izleyen 5 (beş) hafta içerisinde tamamlanmalıdır. Katılımcı en az 3 (üç) seansa katılması halinde katılım belgesi almaya hak kazanacaktır.

• Katılımcı, Program süresince Programın tüm gerekliliklerine uygun davranacak olup, Eğitmen ve diğer katılımcılara karşı spor ahlakına uygun ve centilmenlik çerçevesinde ilişkiler kuracaktır.

MALİ KURALLAR

• Katılımcı, Programın başlamasından önce belirtilen güne kadar Programa ilişkin katılım ücretini (“Katılım Ücreti”) ödeyecektir. Aksi halde, başvurusunun iptal edilerek, yerine başka bir Katılımcının Programa dahil edilebileceğini kabul eder.

 

• Program başladıktan sonra, katılımcının 1(bir) seans dahi olsa denize çıkması halinde, programın iptali ve/veya ücret iadesi yapılmayacaktır.

 

• Katılımcı, kendinden kaynaklanmayan bir sebeple Programa devam edememesi hali saklı tutulur. Bu halde Katılımcı, kendinden kaynaklanmayan bir sebeple Programa devam edemediğini kanıtlayacak bir belge getirdiği takdirde Program, BAUISC ve Katılımcı tarafından uygun bulunacak bir tarihe ertelenir.

 

ÖDEMELER

• Ödemeler nakit, kredi kartı veya banka transferi yoluyla yapılabilecektir. 

• Katılımcı, banka transferi veya kredi kartı ile peşin veya taksitli olarak yapacağı ödemelere ilişkin tüm banka masraflarını karşılayacağını kabul etmektedir.

• Ödeme yapıldıktan sonra dekont yelkenokulu@bauisc.orgadresine gönderilip teyit alınmalıdır.

TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

 

• The participant has participated in the Program voluntarily and of his own free will, knowing all the terms and conditions regarding the Program.

• In any case, he agrees to act in accordance with the ethics and discipline of the sport, not to show any disrespect to the other members of his team and the coordinators, to take into account the instructions and warnings of the Club employees and officials, otherwise not to make any demands from the Club due to the damages that may arise.

• The participant accepts that his or her physical and mental health is suitable for sea and sailing sports, that he does not make any misleading statements to the Club in order to participate in the Program, and that he will immediately notify the Club of all developments and changes that may occur during the Program, including but not limited to his physical or mental health.

 

GENERAL RULES

• The participant will attend the Program sessions (“Sessions”) on the days and times specified in his 1st or 2nd preference, and will continue the Sessions on the same day and time until the entire Program is finished.

• It is BAUISC's discretion to change the Participant's day and time, and in such cases a day or time will be determined in accordance with the Participant's schedule.

• Cancellation/change requests at sea departures; should be notified at least 1 (one) day before 16:00 for weekdays, and by 16:00 on Thursday at the latest for weekends. Otherwise, the person will be deemed "not participated".

• Cancellation/change requests should be made via e-mail to sailokulu@bauisc.org and confirmation should be received. If the confirmation is not received, the telephone number 0554-185-2864 should be contacted. Failure to confirm will mean that the course has not been "cancelled".

• The program consists of a total of 4 sessions. Sessions cannot be postponed more than 1 (one) time and must be completed within 5 (five) weeks following the start date. If the participant attends at least 3 (three) sessions, he will be entitled to receive a certificate of participation.

• During the Program, the Participant will act in accordance with all the requirements of the Program and will establish relations with the Instructor and other participants in accordance with sports ethics and in a gentleman's frame.

FINANCIAL RULES

• The Participant shall pay the participation fee for the Program (“Participation Fee”) until the day specified prior to the start of the Program. Otherwise, he/she agrees that his/her application may be canceled and another Participant may be included in the Program instead.

 

• If the participant goes out to sea after the program has started, even for 1 (one) session, the program will not be canceled and/or the fee will not be refunded.

 

• The Participant's inability to continue the Program for a reason not caused by himself is reserved. In this case, if the Participant brings a document proving that he could not continue the Program for a reason not caused by himself, the Program will be postponed to a date deemed appropriate by BAUISC and the Participant.

 

PAYMENTS

• Payments can be made by cash, credit card or bank transfer.

• The participant agrees to cover all bank expenses related to the payments to be made by bank transfer or credit card in cash or in installments.

• After the payment is made, the receipt should be sent to the yelkenokulu@bauisc.org address and a confirmation should be received.
